Hospitality Survey

Goal

We wanted to gather insights in terms of consumer traveling decisions and their priorities moving forward, to help hospitality businesses plan their reopening based on hard data. We targeted a volume of potential customers worldwide. This initiative allowed us to utilise social media as a platform that builds bridges between hospitality businesses and people.

Strategy

We created 3 attention-grabbing posters that we published throughout June on multiple social media pages of different hospitality businesses including: Bokan Bar & Restaurant, Dolphin Inn, Shakespeare Hotel, Santikos Collection, ILEC Conference Centre, Rave-A-Roo, GoGoGo, Customs Shed, Novotel Cardiff, Novotel London Bridge, Novotel Brentford, Novotel Canary Wharf, Canary Coffee, Novotel New York Times Square, Heyward Hospitality Solutions and Mr.Highline.

 

Creative Ideas

The campaign used the signature hashtag #WeWantToKnow which was also the call to action, as it prompted people to engage. The abstract and humorous tone of voice of our taglines aimed to intrigue people so that they give us their opinion.

 

 

Actions

We promoted this survey to over 30 hospitality social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We also targeted Travel & Marketing Facebook groups that fit the brief and therefore we managed to promote the survey to over 300k relevant members of the Facebook community. Lastly, we were sure to promote via email marketing & traffic campaigns.
