Our collaboration with Novotel London Canary Wharf (NLCW) began in October 2017. The hotel recognised a need for a more boutique and tailored approach to their online presence, with a team that could capably cover every aspect of their website & social media channels. They needed agility, flexibility and a personalised approach in order to achieve their goals, and these are qualities that we could offer them, which meant that our relationship got off to an excellent start.
We began with a scope that touched on different areas, including curating their social media for their three existing accounts (the hotel, rooftop restaurant called Bokan and coffee shop), whilst supporting them by improving and hosting Bokan’s website. Since 2017, our partnership has grown from strength to strength, and reached plenty of key milestones along the way!
Communication is key to our work, and so we have introduced multiple ways in which we communicate with our client and their team. We are in regular contact with them, which includes communication via WhatsApp group chats and routine emails, for example: A weekly update every Friday, a Monthly Report at the beginning of every month, and sending our content strategy and content calendar for the following month. Other than this we schedule regular phone calls in order to have a catch-up and discussion about any updates that we can include in our content.
Something that we do o for each account is run a Facebook Page Awareness Campaign. These campaigns are a great way to further the visibility of the page, along with gaining more Facebook page likes for the account which in turn can help create bookings as it makes the outlet appear more trustworthy. With our expert knowledge and experience with Facebook Ads Manager, we can create many different types of adverts to maximise the awareness of your brand and influence their decision making toward your specific business goals.
Since taking over the social media accounts for this client, we are extremely proud of the growth we have produced for each of the accounts. We measure a number of different KPI’s on a weekly basis, and so it is easy for us to track the growth from week to week, month to month, and even year by year.
