Bruno the F&B manager was notified a few days earlier about a birthday celebration that would take place in the restaurant. The guests were visiting Morocco and the property for the first time.

Upon their request, they were wishing to experience the Moroccan cuisine and emerge to the local culture while celebrating over dinner their special occasion. Needless to say that before the trip began, Bruno had already managed to raise guests expectations to the highest levels.

19th of July arrived and the mystery about the secret plans and preparations was about to be revealed. Bruno created an unexpected journey for his 2 guests indeed.

The car stopped in front of Amanjena and the couple was greeted by name while escorted to the restaurant. Their table was covered with roses and their signature cocktails, inspired by the bar manager were offered along with the best wishes for their special day. The authentic Moroccan culinary experience was exceeding expectations and when everything seemed to be taken care of perfectly well, the final touched came through.

A custom made experience was planned for the closure of the night – in front of the property’s breathtaking basin, a traditional shisha set up was arranged along with Moroccan tea service for two.
